Keynan Burnett serves as General Manager of Out Of The Box, overseeing day-to-day operations, fulfillment execution, and client service. With deep experience in wine logistics, warehouse management, and DTC fulfillment, Keynan ensures that accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness are at the core of every shipment.
Keynan is recognized for his calm leadership style and hands-on approach, working closely with winery partners to navigate the complexities of wine club shipments, allocations, special projects, and seasonal demand. His operational expertise, paired with a strong understanding of winery workflows and customer expectations, allows Out Of The Box to deliver a level of service few fulfillment houses can match. Like the rest of the OOTB team, Keynan prioritizes relationships first—believing that great fulfillment begins with listening, transparency, and follow-through.

April has spent her career helping small to mid-sized wineries build meaningful customer relationships through thoughtful wine club strategy, storytelling, and customer experience.
